Brand Identity
We like to think of “branding” as the personality of a business.
A brand has a character, a look, a tone of voice and a way of behaving. Identity Design is not only about aesthetics, it is about successful understanding of the business and the people behind it. It may be a pretty picture but does it do the job? If not, back to the drawing board. We consider the brand identity in every detail including the overall concept of each piece, the general design style, color palette, typographic style including any specific fonts, photographic style, production methods and production materials.
We also gather as much knowledge as possible regarding the intended target audience, any competitors, the market sector, the environment itself. With this knowledge and understanding we set to create visuals that represent the brand, reflecting everything that the brand identity personifies, promoting an emotional connection with the correct target audience. The key to success is finding the common ground between what is being presented and what the viewers expect, ultimately leading to the elimination of doubt, reassured purchases, brand confidence and, in time, brand loyalty.
